#43: Deployment of Rankless Dynamic Vote System (P22) (C11)

This is a technical proposal submitted by the Foundation to confirm the DAO's request to implement Proposal #22's request for a dynamic rankless vote weight calculation. Upon acceptance of the proposal the deployment of the update will occur on June 4th, 2021. This would also complete proposal #22.

This June 4th, 2021 update has been implemented and this proposal is now considered complete.
